Thank You for helping today run as smooth as it did in the midst of our PG&E Power Outage. SInce there is no predetermined time for the return of power to Grant School you will receive notification of tomorrow’s status by 6:30 a.m. I apologize for the late notification this morning. However, we were testing to make sure we had telephone lines up and runing to allow for outside contact and classroom communication before confirming the opening of school. Since these safety measures have been confirmed in addition to our fire alarm requirements tomorrow’s staus will be based mostly on classroom temperature.

In the case that we have school tomorrow please be prepared for the following:

Breakfast will be served

Bring battery operated lighting,

Dress warm

Buses will be running

We appreciated you allowing us to continue with your students’ education in the midst of this power outage.
